Dormer extensions can be constructed with flat or pitched roof design depending on Planning Permission from your Local Authority.
‘New Build Development’ – From the initial identification of the single dwelling potential development plot of land, negotiations commenced with the Local Authority which resulted in a valuation being carried out and a sale price agreed (subject to planning).
Once Outline Planning Permission had been granted, we then submitted a Full Planning Application for a 4/5 detached dwelling on behalf of our client which was approved.
We then submitted a Building Regulations Application on behalf of our client and once received, building works then commenced.
